 Why Sim Free / Why 1SM?

1SM offer a simple, hassle-free returns policy. We understand your needs and believe that the whole experience should be as simple and stress free as possible! If you decide you would not like to keep your handset, return it to us within 7 days to qualify for a refund or an exchange.

 

What happens if I cancel before my order has been despatched?

You will receive a full refund including the cost of the shipping.

 

What happens if my order has already been despatched?

You will receive a full refund of the cost of the handset excluding all shipping charges. We strongly recommend recorded, insured delivery.

 

The following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:

 

1. The handset must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition. All accessories in the box must be returned. The handset and accessories must have all protective covers and labels etc. on. We cannot refund the cost of any handsets where software discs have been opened or seals broken. Software discs include any CD's or DVD's. 1SM have the right to charge a minimum of £20 per item for any other accessories or parts that are missing or damaged when we receive the handset.

 

2. All of the original, undamaged packaging must be sent back. Any protective inserts, box dividers and plastic bags must all be returned with the handset and box.

 

3. We will only recieve handsets with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation Code). You must ensure you contact 1SM at either sales@1smshop.co.uk or by post explaining your reason for the return, to receive your RMA. 

 


Faulty Handsets

In the unlikely event of your handset developing a fault, please get in touch with one of our advisors, who will be happy to assist you. We will get you up and running as soon as we can. Your handset may require a repair or to be exchanged.

If you require an exchange, we will send out a replacement handset free of charge.  If we do not have the same handset available we will offer a refund or exchange for goods of the same value on receipt of faulty goods.

 

If you require a refund, we will refund all of the shipping costs and the price of the handset on receipt of faulty goods. 


We cannot be held responsible for items that are returned to us, whilst in transit.

 

You must allow up to 30 days for money to be refunded to a debit or credit card. We will only refund to the card used for the original purchase.

 

If we receive a handset that is deemed faulty by the user and no fault is found, you will be responsible for all shipping costs as well as a charge of £30 for checking the handset.

 

Handsets that have been damaged by the user including but not limited to water damage, physical damage or accidental damage will not be covered by the warranty.

 

1SM have the right to refuse a refund or offer an alternative where deemed necessary.
